Is the mounting broken?look at the bottom.you may need to make a bracket for it.if it leaking at the bottom it has to be de greased and then epoxy to the motor

Transmission wont go drive
First, check your transmission fluid level. If it doesn't register on the dip stick you need to add fluid. Also, if you can register a reading on the dip stick smell the fluid and see if it smells like burnt eggs. If so, you have an internal problem and many need a rebuild. In any event, you should take it to a transmission shop and have it checked. It may be a valve body and solenoid issue. Need a shops diagnostic equipment to determine these issues.

For there to be no oil on the transmission dip stick there must be a big leak in the box somewhere. Pouring in oil at one end will only be a waste of money until the leak is fixed. You will probably be looking at 1 1/2 gallons to fill the transmission. Check the coolant for oil in the water or get underneath and look for a large oil slick under the car.

Car starts and when you give it gas it wont go any where and the rpm hand goes up and still dont move
This sounds like transmission problems, some of these models do not have a transmission dip stick to check the transmission fluid level.
The first step is to see if this car has a dip stick to check the transmission fluid level. Low fluid will cause this problem also or if there is a leak and fluid leaks low after time until it gets to low and transmission wont move.
if this model does not have a dip stick for the transmission then you will need to take it to a tranny or repair shop and have them check it.

If you have a dip stick and the fluid is full then you may have internal transmission problems and again will need a shop to check it out. Make sure if the fluid is low and you are adding you will need to make sure you are using the correct fluid or damage will occur , the type is written on the stick, look closely and you will see the writing ,

How do I add transmission fluid to a 1999 Ford Expedition
The vehicle should have a dip stick where you can check the transmission fluid, that same place where you pull the trani dip stick out is where you refill it. Remember to keep the vehicle running for a couple minutes before checking the level and do not turn it off, unless you filling it up or adding some fluid. If there is no dip stick then you will most likely have to go to the dealorship and have them take a look, in some cases depeding on model the dip stick will not be there.

Car engine starts but does not move
Something you can try, but you would have to be very lucky for this to be the problem.

If you haven't already, check your transmission fluid level. If the fluid level gets low enough in the transmission it can cause the car to not move at all.

Please do the following, unless you already have;

Start the engine and let it run 6 to 8 minutes to allow the engine and fluids to reach normal operating temperature.

Remove the dip stick to the transmission fluid, wipe it off, put it back in, and then take it out again to read it. If there is no fluid on the dip stick, add 3/4 of a quart of transmission fluid in through the pipe that you took the dip stick out of. Put it in gear and see if there's any diference, if not, add the other 1/4 of the bottle and then try to put it in gear again and see if it will move.

Continue adding 1/4 of a quart at a time until the car starts to move, or the transmission level showing on the dip stick is where it should be.

Want to learn how to check transmission fluid on my ford mustang 1994
At the rear of the engine locate the dip stick going into the transmission case, it look like an oil dip stick. Pull it out and wipe clean. Re-insert pull out and read the fluid level at the bottom of the dip stick. Do this with engine off and on a level surface.

Dip stick comes out of dip stick tube coming from transmission (side of trans) Look real hard on the side of the transmission behind the engine you will see it.

The second issue sounds like a neutral safety switch.

As for obtaining the dipstick. You might try Napa. If not Napa, then a Ford Dealer. I doubt the dip stick is the end of your troubles here, though.
