    Hi dear admin
    I use taskalfa 4501i since four month, when the toner powder become finished, then I referred to the sellers and asked about original toner but unfortunately, there was not any original so I forced to refill the toner box with 1 kg powder and now this message is appearing on touch screen while the copy works are normal. What does these 3 messages mean? (waste toner box is almost full) (toner is low(replacing when empty))

SOURCE: emptying waste tone cartridge

You need to replace the waste toner bottle (packaged with a new toner cartridge) you can't just empty it. There is a photo sensor that "reads" through a window of the waste bottle. The sensor could be dirty. Clean the slits with a q-tip.

My copier has message that says time for maintenance. I have had this machine for 5 years and have never seen this before. Do I really have to call someone? it is still working fine.
This message is just to inform that according to the manufacturer's printed pages the maintenance time has come. Like the maintenance in cars, after 10.000 or 15.000 or 30.000 the service led lits on display. You can call a technician when you see quality problems mostly.

Kyocera taskalfa 300ci
10871087 to enter service mode. There are 2 maint. kits for the 300ci. One for color and one for mono. If you were able to perform a maintenance then you should be well versed on which adjustments to make and which counters to reset. If not you can cause major problems so be careful.

KYOCERA fs-1920 Has the message instal MK coming up? Dopes this mean order a maintenance kit?
It means the page count has triggered this message.
You _should_ get a maintenance kit.

But if you simply can't take the time/money, you'll find a new menu item in the menus after service. the new item is 'maintenance', get to there and press enter. (May need to press enter twice), the menu item, flashing light, and install MK message will all disappear.

We have a Kyocera FS3830N - message install MK -
MK is the maintenance kit. You can check the Kyocera site to find out where to get a new kit and how much they are:

Most of the time the message is just displayed because the machine has reached a certain number of pages, but it should still let you use it normally.

Message stating install MK
You have done more than 300,000 pages. I wouldnt waste your money on a Maint Kit, just stretch it out by doing the following.

Press Menu/Ok (Main menu)
Go into [>>Service]
Then press the right arrow.
Then find [>> Maintenance]
Press the ok key, then it will show [>> Maintenance?]
Press the ok key twice, and it will reset all the counts on your consumable components (Drum, Developer, Transfer Roller, ETC)
