I dropped my dvd player and the adapter was still attached and it pulled it out of the thing you plug into the wall and i need to purchase a new one but cannot find one.

Need Replacement AC Adapter

Go to:

http://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx?N=1525575&Keyword=AC+Adaptor&FS=True

You need to input the correct voltage, amperage, the correct polarity, the correct outer diameter of the plug, the correct inner diameter of the plug. Don't worry about the input voltage, 117, 120, and 125 are all the same.

I had the same problem. It turns out that my adapter for my Dell Digital Jukebox mp3 player works great. You might be able to order one from Dell. I hope this helps.

This is called "audio transfer saturation. Rarely happens but will when there is constant use of player. Drain saturation by removing battery (if attached), With the power adapter still attached, turn off player and unplug adapter from wall for several hours. Saturation should discharge back through you adapter. Disconnect adapter from player before plugging back into wall.You may have to do this periodically when constant music is played.
