Neovia 38inch flat screen lcd

LCD 38inch flat screen made by NEOVIA Just over 15months old, sits in stanby mode will not switch on.took the back of to see if I could see anything obvious all looks fine. I have checked the fuse on the circuit board and that is fine, the power goes down to the small circuit board that controls the on and off and channel volume the stand by light is on, but when you press the on switch on the set nothing hapens, I have also tryed the remote nothing, it wont power up, can anyone help please.

    Neovia 37 inch LCD flat Screen, NEO 3775ND,

    (LG Phillips LCD, LC370W01 (A6)), simular problem, working ok, Switched off, then when switched on following day, Standby led ,constantly showing amber,and nothing operating, no Sound or red standby light.Checked fuse on power circuit, checks out ok.

Maybe inverter board problem or maybe eeprom on mainboard corrupt-i would say inverterboard

From my experience with sony tv it's normal.The set is going through update mode.Leave the set for about 10 minutes and it should be back to normal.

Tv is automatically switching to stanby mode after a few seconds


Power supply board have problems,just not dead yet.Replaced the power supply board,will solved this problems.Tries websites like, to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Tv will not turn on. No standby light or anything

There is a switch behind and under the screen on the lower right side of the set.
Just slip your hand on the right side, behind the screen in the lower end and you will find it. Switch the button on.

Sharp Aquos 46in led tv power.

your power supply is damaged due to long time using without unplugged after use. its overheat cause. don't leave at stanby mode.

Bush lcd 37 inch tv keeps going to stanby

my bush lcd tv keeps staying in standby mode and wont go on if it does go on its only for a minute or two....

Screen extremely dim

I think you should look at the sleep button on pin.When you close LCD it should push that pin down(Stanby or sleep pin).
When you press or it get stuck, this pin will block or not send voltage to inverter so that the light on monitor should go off or computer go to standy or sleep mode.Check this one.

they must try to repair the smps [puff capacitors]first.then try a master reset thru the service mode.if these steps do mot solve the problem replace the t-con board on lcd panel.
