Previous answer on FIXYA you used said no service manuals. Have you tried contacting Dell yourself, as you apparently are going to be a "Do it yourselfer"

to repair the old monitor? 12 years old it shows.
with actual schematics
and parts list .??
no country stated, the world is big, and sources endless,

Need to download a service manual where can i download a service manual for a Dell laser printer 1320c
Apparently others have tried to obtain a service manual for that model, and one was not available. Frustration was expressed, but it did not result in obtaining a service manual for that model.

I HAVE DELL LCD TV SCREEN 2007FPB SUDDENLY IT DOES NOT WORK WHEN CONNECTEC TO POWER SUPPLY, PREVIOUSLY IS GOOD WHAT IS THE PROBLEM & HOW MUCH MONEY NEED
First check your monitor light is blinking or not. If it is then--

Check your monitor cable which is connected your CPU. If it is ok then
Open your CPU and unplug *********** board power cable and re-install it.
And also remove RAM and clean with a brush softly and re-install it.

As a first course please check the monitor power cable. It may be a little loose that's why its not powering up.

Power supply board defect
Hi there, you may consider:
1) you may check what parts damage on the power supply board, such as if you find any big capacitor swelled, you can fix it yourself
2) if you can not fix the board, you may check follow webste choose a same one or contact to seller to make sure the parts whether compatible yours.
