There are very few moving parts in your furnace. The only component that would normally do this is the fan. You can turn on the fan only at the thermostat. Try turning on the "fan only" and listen to the furnace. The belt may need replaced, or the fan motor. You can repair yourself if it is the fan motor or belt. The belt is the same as a fan belt on your car, and it replaces the same.

DLE2050 making strange spinning noise

I guess I wasnt clear enough. The dryer works ok, except for the rattling sound now. It will start when i push the start button, it heats, and dries the clothes. Just noisy where before the flow sensor went off, it was pretty quiet.

Maytag electric dryer model MDE6000AYW dryer is running but not getting hot and drying clothes plus making a dining noise every couple seconds while running

Dryer Does Not Run
Your Kenmore Oasis dryer may occasionally not operate as intended. When the dryer does not turn on, check that the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your fuse box to make sure a fuse hasn't blown or the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker as needed. Next, check that you have fully closed the dryer door; if not, the dryer will not run. Finally, make sure that you press and hold the "Start" button for at least five seconds.
Dryer Making Noise
Kenmore Oasis dryers will make noises that occur commonly with the running of the machine, including the motor and the sound of hot air blowing into the machine. Listen for uncommon noises with the running of the dryer, such as metallic clanking and excessive vibration. These noises indicate a problem with the machine.
If you hear metallic clanking, stop the dryer and check for any metal objects in the dryer drum. Often, change or other objects left in the pockets of clothing placed in the dryer will then fall out when the dryer starts spinning, creating the noise.
Excessive vibration often occurs when you have not properly leveled the dryer. To check whether the dryer is level, turn it off and try shake it frontward and backward, then left and right. If the dryer moves, adjust one or more of the legs needs to level the dryer: Determine which leg(s) you need to adjust and use a wrench to lengthen or shorten the legs. A level dryer will more quietly due to the elimination of vibrations.
Drying Time is Too Long
You may find that your laundry takes a long time to dry in the Kenmore Oasis dryer. This often occurs due to restricted the air flow within the machine. First, clear the lint filter. Clean it before every drying cycle to ensure proper air flow through the machine.
Next, run the dryer as usual and check the exhaust vent to ensure that airflows out of the vent. If you cannot feel air flowing through the vent, check it for blockage or damage. Clear any objects blocking the vent, or replace it if it has sustained damage.
The blockage may also occur in the exhaust hose attached to the back of the dryer. Unplug the dryer and remove the hose from the back of the machine. Clean out any lint or other obstruction and reattach the hose to clear the exhaust hose.

My Maytag Bravos dryer is brand new. It is the quiet series 300, but is the loudest dryer I have ever owned. It makes like a loud vibrating, humming noise. Is this normal? I am now drying my second load of...

People, the first words the poster said were that the dryer was "brand new". All of your suggestions assume the dryer had extensive use. This sounds like a factory defect issue!!!! My brand new Maytag Cabrio gas dryer is also making an obnoxious buzzing sound that seems to cycle on and off as the gas ignites. The buzzing sounds electronic not mechanical. What would buzz when the burner is active?

Dryer making a louder than normal noise when drying

Possibly the roller, I would have to hear it to be sure, but if it sounds like a clunking noise, it is probably a roller, if it is more of a high pitched whine, or a sound like a penny in a vaccum you probably have something stuck in your blower.

Gas dryer makes loud hum

Sounds like you may have a motor issue, they can get lint trapped inside, and it causes the motor to overheat, and eventually go out. You can remove the top, then the front, and see if thats the problem. Usually, once the motor starts making noise, its time to replace. Right now, the packings in the motor are cold, and once they heat up, they stop making noise, so it could last quite a while.
