Just go to the colour calibration settings on the Vizio 50 it should recognise if you're in UHD and have setting for it. If it does not then google software updates for it and see what pops up. Good Luck.

You might want to check the VIZIO website for help. Given how cheap even 4K UHD TV's are today, probably not worth fixing again. Unless under warranty, of course.
Ultra HD and 4K difference...Technically, "Ultra High Definition" is actually a derivation of the 4K digital cinema standard. However while your local multiplex shows images in native 4096 x 2160 4K resolution, the new Ultra HD consumer format has a slightly lower resolution of 3840 X 2160...Hope this helps
you said ; unfortunatly uhd player ? maybe you mean Ultra HD player, so try to unistall your UHD and reboot , than install again with a newer version or an older one, and see if it's works or not.
