SOURCE: Steam from brew head, but no water
Hi,
Hope this help you
SOURCE: breville 800esxl won't extract coffee or steam milk.
is your machine new or is this a new problem? If you have had the machine for a while there is a possibility that your double wall filter is clog between the walls which would prevent the water from going through (this happens when your grind is too fine). If however the water does not go through when you do not have a filter in the basket than you have a diferent problem.
SOURCE: Too much water coming out of steam wand
I noticed the wand squirts hot water at first befor the steam comes out, sometimes for quite a while, so grab a bowl or something and let the water drain out until the steam comes and then put it in the milk. This is what I do and it makes awesome frothy steammed milk.
Good luck and enjoy.

This is very normal - allow the hot water to exit the wand outside of the milk frother, then, as the water stops, position the wand into the milk jug and steam.
SOURCE: My Breville 300es stops working
Hi,
First of all, I would suggest unplugging the coffee maker and wait 10 minutes and then plug it back to reset the microprocessor. Then switch on the coffee maker, It should work fine.
If you are facing the problem then a thermostat inside the coffee maker has failed. It is not turning the element on to brew the coffee. You need to replace the thermostat.
Hope this helps.
