Diana, To answer your question about the pictures not showing up I'm going to try and cover this in a couple ways. First, I've included a couple links that include a pdf of the original manual with detailed instructions from the manufacturer. Second, I have linked to the software that came with the frame to transfer the pictures over. Lastly, on the last link takes you to the tech support phone number of the manufacturer who from the company address is US based in New Jersey.
1) If you don't already have it, here is the manual

(Click Here)Now that covers the basics relating to the product, but to give you a quick once over on the photo transfering process. Most photo frames work in the same way, they have a software that application that plays the photo's that is suppose to help you transfer the data. My thought is that if you are connecting your frame to your PC or Laptop via a usb cable. You should here a sound from your PC showing the connection of a new device. From that you should see a new drive under my computer similar to your CD drive, and Hard Drive on you PC. Based on the manufactures directions it should appear with the name of "SP92EF". From there you should be able to open up your own picture folder and just drag and drop.
My though initially is that the problem could be in the location of where your posting the pictures. Basically, there uploaded to the frame but the location is not where the frame is looking for them. Hence, you end up seeing them from your PC, but your frame doesn't and you end up with no pictures to display. So take a look at where your transferring your photos too, and you may find that they need to be stored in a different location.
I hope this helps, and there was a small video link on one of the pages I included. Not sure if its the one your referring to, but I hope this helps.
