So it only says android and never loads to the point you see the screens you are used to?
Sounds like a failed update or something. Look up and perform a factory reset. It's usually a button holding down combo but I don't know what yours would be.
Start with tablet off. Hold power and volume up. You should boot into safe/repair mode. Try some of the options in there to get your tablet going again.
Have you tried holding in the power button for about 10 seconds and then release it, to see if it gets past the Android screen? If it still doesn't, then you would need to proceed with repairs through the manufacturer or another licensed service center.
See if there is a reset on it. Its usually a very small hole marked reset and it takes a pin or something very small to press it. A reset might work and it won't erase anything off it.
