Sounds like a shorted yoke return coupling capacitor look for cap values .22uf to .56uf at 200 to 400 volts or similar markings ezamples 224j200, 474k200, 564j250 numbers ahead of the letter is capacity 474=.47uf the letter shows the tolerance J=5%,K=10% Numbers after the letter indicate voltage. If this cap is shorted it will short horizontal B+ to B- through the yoke when it is connected. use an ohmmeter check from Horiz.output transistor collector io B- with the yoke connected if near 0 ohms disconnect yoke & check again in high or infinite the cap is shorted it's located in the low side of the yoke.if you need further help i'll need a model number.

Helo sir, i have a L.G T.V. Model No kf-20p32..is blowing the horizontal output..i change the flyback tranformer ,bt is still blowing the horizontal output

Check all the capacitors connected to horizontal output transistor. Especially one connected with its collector to ground. a high voltage [1.5Kv]. capacitor. Replace them. Check for any short inside the winding of the yoke. It is difficult to detect the winding short inside the yoke. Connect an other yoke in place, after pulling out the CRT base card out of the TV. This you can make sure about the condition of the deflection yoke.

Only a horizontal line can I see in my TV

In most cases the vertical output IC and possibly a fusible resistor off of the high voltage transformer are bad. The vertical output IC is located on a heat sink and usually right next to the vertical yoke winding connectors that are green and yellow in most sets. Please take a moment to rate my answer..Thanks...

Thin horizontal line

Defective components in vertical deflection and output circuit inclusive of vertical output device, coupling capacitors, and yoke connectors. Passive devices such as electrolytic capacitors, coils, and resistors to/from power supply circuits. If your tele is more than 10 years old dump it and get a newer product. $100 USD is a fair price to diagnose and attempt service, depending on age and configuration. Older products may not have replacment parts available at any repair cost. There may be a pot for adjusting the vertical size. If so, it may be dirty. If you can find it, try adjusting it which could clean it. BE CAREFUL -voltages are very high.
