I have already tried codes listed in another answer, 671, 748, 750, and 649. None of these control the volume on my sound bar. Are there any additional codes which might control the Nakimichi NK12?
To whom it may concern,
1.) Point the remote towards the desired device you'd like to control.
2.) Press and hold the "tv" button at the top right hand side of your remote until all the top buttons begin flashing red.
3.) Press the small red power button at the top of the remote one time.
4.) Slowly and repeatedly press the down key on the directional pad until your device powers off.
5.) Once the device powers down, at the bottom right hand side of the remote underneath the keypad.. press the # key.
The "tv" button will flash red three times, and then your remote is linked to the box.

The answer depends whether its a Comcast DVR Remote or a regular one. The DVR codes are 4 digit -- the others are 5 digit. I got 0060 to work for my DVR remote.

When we send out our DISH receivers we will include our own DISH universal remotes that can control many different components like; HDTV, surround sound receivers and sound bars. We do not have the codes for other universal remotes to work with our system. 2. Press the RECEIVER POWER button on the remote.
3. Press the UP ARROW on
the remote, about one press every two seconds. Stop as soon as the sound bar turns
off. This process may take several minutes.
4. Press POUND (#) on the remote. The VCR MODE button will
flash three times.
5. Press VCR MODE button, then red TV button on the remote to turn on the sound bar. Press
VOLUME on the remote to confirm the remote controls the sound bar. If this does not
work, return to Step 1.
Remember to press the SAT MODE button to return to the Satellite mode to change channels.
