It has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. One among it has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Pull up older posts. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your device in its search box at the top right part of the display window. It will help you to find the relative post easily.

Keep in mind... You can only program "programable" type remotes.
First you have to set the learning remote into learning mode with a switch or a tiny jumper thingy. Then you press the button you want to program then the button its copying from. The two devices have to face their IR beams facing each other. The learning device then beeps when it has received a IR signal correctly. Then move to the next button to program and repeat above learning sequence.
You should find in your Universal Remote user's manual the code for brand of your TV and follow indicated procedur. Of course, you need the manual. Hoe you have it
