I have seen this so many times. If you change the bulbs for LED lamps then you need to change the flasher unit. This is because the LED lamps draw less current then ordinary bulbs.

You have a few different options.
You can now get bulbs that have the resistors built in.
Or you can add the resistors inline with the LED's.

The final option is to change the blinker relay. Have a look on here: http://www.hondasuv.com/members/showthread.php?62634-LED-turn-signals-and-fast-flash

03 Honda Accord v6 left turn signals not working. So I try another flasher relay. Now no turn signals, hazards, or radio/ac lights. ???

It probably blew a fuse.

Flasher unit would not cause one side only to stop working but instead check the switch, wiring, connections and both bulbs.

A little used hazard warning switch is often the cause of strange or unusual flasher behaviour. A couple of minutes of rapid operation often works.

How to fix rapid flashing turn signal when all bulbs are OK?

Easy way to find the location of the flasher unit: Turn on either the RIGHT or LEFT indicator, and listen for the click under the dash. When you find the source of the click, THERE'S THE FLASHER UNIT! :)

Left turning signal blinks rapidly

Find your turn signal flasher under the dash, you should be able to hear it click with the turn signal on. The flasher plugs in and is easily replaced. If you go to a parts store first you can see what yours looks like.

Rapidly flashing turn signal continues even after I replace bulb

And all lights flash? Is this with or without a trailer and its lights connected? LED lights installed?
Many times when there is a slow or fast rate that the signals flash its due to a chaneg in current being drawn. Either from hooking up trailer lights or changing the bulbs to LED. LEDs will draw less currenct and more lights more current.
There are electronic flashers that automaticaly adjust for different current draws to make the lights flash at a normal rate and they plug right in to replace your stock mechanical flasher.
