Power supply switched off, burning smell at back of machine & no LEDs or power. Still water & load in machine.
The internal fuse has blown due to a component malfunction. To remove the water, open the small flap on the left lower corner of the front panel. Remove the rubber tube from the flap, pull out the stopper plug and drain the water into a suitable flat container.
Have an experienced technician attend to your problem.
Sounds like drain pump may be burnt out . Unplug power cord, remove back panel, check where 2 wires go to pump & check that area on pump for burning. if burnt or smells of burning, replace pump. IN SOME INSTANCES A COMPONENT BURN OUT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO CONTROL BOARD.
It sounds like a serious fault if there is no power the fuse has gone or some item has burnt out . You will have to arrange for a service engineer to look at it more closely.
