SC-HT830V I have SC-HT830V and the light in the front unit are out, I can't afford to pay $ 70.00 for the diagnostic, Any suggestions and is this something I can fix, if I can order the parts myself

You have to open the unit my friend and behind the front panel there is two flexible connectors, this have a lot of metal connectors inside each. if you remove the panel, try to clean the connectors and close again carefuly. becose are very delicated.
also i have the spares but i live in uruguay so maybe is expansive send that to you.

F61 appears on my setero when i push play

my dear friend. this error message means something is broke on the audio power.
the unit give that message when the chipset find fix current or signal on any audio channel.
the most common means you have to change the audio amplifier unit. sorry but i know is the true.

Digital lighting is out on the front of the unit. Everythig works on that unit but you can't see what stations you are on or anything like that. Also do these units shuffle the cd's whilel lplaying music....

SC-HT830V connect to cable box Explorer 8000HD

1-connect your cable plug to(rf in)in your panasonic home unit.
2-press up and down arrow and select(antenna setting)and press enter.3- go to cable tv and select it.

No light in front panel

You may be able to fix it yourself. Search this forum or my profile for a more detailed solution to the same question worded differently, it is the one will a lot of photos.
