Question about Intova Ic12 Digital Camera

I have an intova IC12 digital camera. It will snap a picture and show on the display but not save to card?

Sd card is class 10 32gb and i have tried the lowest quality setting for pictures. stumped?

    works fine with a 2gb card must not like the larger card

Hello,
Please save any images to your desktop that you want to keep. Access format function in camera's setup menu and format both SD card and internal camera memory to clear all data. After formatting, perform a sys reset that is also found in the setup menu. If your camera still cannot save images to the SD card after performing format and sys reset, then the card reader/writer is probably broken. Please contact us directly at 808-837-0074 if you have a sales receipt showing date of purchase 1 year or less which would qualify for warranty exchange under our 1 year warranty coverage.

Why do I have card error on my intova sport ii camera

Hi,
Card error message could indicate brand or card type incompatibility. Please try a different brand card and if possible purchase a "name brand" card. Also, our Intova Sport HD II model can use a micro SD card up to 32GB maximum size and it must be either class 6 or 10 speed. These specifications are mentioned in our user manual. Hello,
In order to use our Intova Sport HD cameras, you must have a properly installed micro SD card up to 32GB maximum size and class 6 or 10 speed required. Insert sd card camcorderst recognize any micro sdcard

If your SP1 camera cannot recognize the micro SD card, please be sure you are using a card between 4GB to 32GB, class 10 speed. If possible, please try another micro SD card to be sure that the card that is not recognized is not defective. If you are using a card with correct specifications and it is not recognized, then the micro SD card port on your camera may be defective. I cant get any response from my Intova IC12. This worked when I used it last year? When I try and charge the battery - nothing. No power. What should I do?

If you didn't use the camera/charge the battery for a year, then the battery may be dead. Li-ion batteries cannot be left to fully discharge.
