Look for the fan opening, get a can of air and blow it threw the fan vent, while the computer is off, than let it set for a few minutes than start it back up, if fan is still noisy, than you need a new fan installed.
if you want to do the work yourself you can do it your self. now if you dont want to try it than i have a few place to take it for service.
acer authorized dealer, best buy, or if you have a friend that you trust that will fix it for little to nothing except cost of parts, the fan part for the acer should be around 7-10.00 dollars + labor + shop fees.
