That is the starter key line!
so at the starter solenoid, pull off , the tiny wire lug there.
no more blow?, the starter solenoid is bad shorted.
yes, blows, then the key line is shorted. (harness shorts or)
is car stick or auto shifted, ? as both wiring is different.

in a real shop we have this $50 meter, that allows me to find
shorts fast. (amp clamp meter , DC)
or this. dirt cheap. $20
http://www.fixkick.com/tools/25100.jpg

this one works 2 ways, a meter and CB ,it has a circuit breaker
to replace your blown fuse. then not going broke on fuses.
finds any short, even on harness shorts.

You have a short to ground somewhere. The best way to start this diagnosis is you will always have one of your main power wires of your battery to the starter.A better question is do you even get to crank it before it blows or does it blow when you put it in, as in turn the key to the run position no cranking or you crank then it blows?

SOURCE: location of cam position senor

Not a bad job to replace the cam position sensor, it took about two hours cost about $150.00 with oem parts. First remove air filter box, remove plastic spark plug cover. Jack up engine about an inch remove engine mount. Now you can access sensor through a convenient cover that mounts around engine mount bracket extending from engine block.( one ten millimeter bolt) Remove accessory drive belt for a little extra room and replace with new one while you are in there. Just between the two cam gears you will see a torx screw that aligns the switch when in installed. DO NOT REMOVE THIS Just above the torx screw is a reverse torx screw (6 millimeter) Put a shop rag in the access hole to catch the screw just in case you drop it ,( so it does not fall into timing belt cover) Put something "sticky" in the 6 millimeter socket such as gasket sealer to keep from losing screw. remove. Pull switch up from inside spark plug cover and install new one through the same. reinstall 6 millimeter bolt. Switch is self aligning. Reinstall belt, engine mount, air box. Doing this myself probably saved me about $150.00 to $200.00 dollars

SOURCE: 04 SUZUKI FORENZA DIES WHILE DRIVING

Several things can cause a car to die. The fact that you don't have any engine codes eliminates some of them. First thing you should try if you haven't is change the fuel filter. Make sure there are no damp, or damaged electrical components. It could be faulty spark plugs, or wires, or a vacuum leak. Check carefully under the hood for vacuum leaks. With the engine running, wiggle all the vacuum hoses around and check for cracked loose or broken hoses. They will make a hissing sound when you find it. A stethoscope, or a length of fuel line held to your ear can help a lot. Check all intake bolts for tightness too. Good luck.

Where is the starter relay on a 04 Suzuki forenza

wow another easter egg hunt, how fun.?
the 2.0L USA car?
(i pretend yes)
ok there are 2 transmissions
the M/t has no such part, period.
the A/T does,
so if an automatic trans, the relay is there. runs of Park /Neutral switch,
the fuse box shows no relay marked start.
so must be some other place, my guess, underdash.
or near starter.
drk blue wire and purple (PPL) make it unique.

04 Suzuki Forenza as soon as I plug in the fuse the fuse blows it's the IGN fuse number 2 number ones okay number to keep blowing as soon as i plug in no key In the ignition

that means one of the loads on the fuse is shorted.
what you are missing is a real schmatic of the car.
why not read that first.
then pull all loads on that fuse 1 by 1,
or put them back 1 by 1, (better) to see which load blows that fuse.
no engine stated, there are like 5,... and wiring varies by that.
alldata.com has that, (fast)
or so does suzukipitstop. the real FSM it is.
ive posted both links 100 + times here.
IGN2 shorts. ill look for you. .....

first off , does fuse blow key on only
or only cranking engine??????

that fuse IGN2, runs fuse 5,6,7,8
so pull those and see if the short goes away.
if it blows only cranking the starter, then that is what is shorted,
the starter key line.
if how ever (im reading the real schmatic) the fuse blows only keyon.
then its is 5,6,7,8 is shorted. loads to one of those 4.
so pull them.
F5- not used
F6- a/c , defrog, pwer windows, headlights and DRL
F7- blower and A/C
F8- mirror.

once we know the Fx that blows above.
we then can start removing those loads.
that is how shorts are found , (unless you have the schematic like I have and the amp clamp meter, so i can see what load is shorted
the easy way ,there is no other way ,but to pull loads on the Failing branch.)

end sorts 101.

I have a 2006 Suzuki Forenza and my horn will not blow. Tried replacing fuse and the horn didn't sound at all, just blew the brand new fuse. Any help would be great!

its shorted, that line, the fuse blew saving you a nice fire.
are you using the correct fuel shown in you operators guide, see index , fuses.

do not mess under dash until you defeat those air bags, they can kill you. (break a neck easy) the schmatic is here.

official FSM
https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1066-2006-forenza-reno-service-manual.aspx
$4 cost, dirt cheap.

first look at the actual horn, see damage there, it or the plug.
pull its plug and safe off (means tape it) and see if fuse blows yet?
always work the simple side first, not air bag side,or the
air bag clock spring, inside, steering last.

its either path A shorted, (most likely but fate wins)
or Path B, shorted relay coil.
if horn unplugged, fixes blowing fuse, the horn is bad.
easy huh?

How to reset the tcm on 05 suzuki forenza

if obd2 car, is it? no country stated.so....
the TCM is transmission brain.
some cars suzuki pull the dome fuse.
in all cases ,all cars, pulling the battery neg lead does that.
but wil reset battery and tcm ecm all radio and alarms.

if in usa the correct fuse is in the fsm
alldata dot com has that online.
newer suzukis use a different fuse for the memory wire.
the TCM fuse is dead center of the 04 Forenza here. left dash side.
the op guide does not have this fuse stated. memory
only the fSM covers that, and not willing to pay $15 to find out.
alldata dot com.

OR
key off, pull TCM module, count to 60, put back.
its now reset.

My 2007 forenza horn works from time to time, otherwise not at all the fuses are fine and the relay is clicking but the horn doesnt blow

more than likely the horn is bad, but i wouldnt rule out the possibility of a faulty clockspring ,but not likely.
