My machine is stuck on one bit of the cycle it starts the cycle fills the washing powder draw with powder and then it just keeps going back to repeat this . It never moves on to taking in the fab con or spinning. How can i reset it so it can move on please ? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Check pump for blockage remove plug for 15mins re try

Check the maytag class action suit in reguards to the neptune issue. you may be entitled to an exseptional warranty call based on this reguards. there is a problem with both the wax motor and the control board.

Try lifting the drain outlet higher than it is, if it is too low the water will syphon out as it is filling, there by causing the problem you are experiencing, if that does not solve the prob, then it sounds like the pump is on all the time, this being the case, then it would appear that it has a faulty programmer.
Plz rate my solution.

overloaded & unballanced has mabe pulled drum away from the rear bearing!
& jammed iself!
only way now is to disconnect power & water & undo cabinet to inspect it!

SOURCE: I have a indesit WIB 101 (uk) washing machine.
Remove the belt, and from the front, spin the drum by hand.
If it is noisy or rumbling or feels rough, then the main drum bearings have failed which would explain why the belt was off.
Also check the drum pulley for a brokem or cracked spoke, again this will give you the same symptons.

Pre wash light flashing
Indicates a failure of your Indesit Washing Machine to fill correctly. Check your fill hoses for a blockage, a leak, a kink or to make sure that they are turned on.
Wash light flashing
Indicates that your programme dial has been moved from its original position. Simply returning the wash dial to its original position will restore the light to its original status.
Spin light flashing
