Or check the Lock switch on the card is in the up position, like the one on the picture on the left.
This is how the switch should be.
No switch on the card is the same as locked.
Be aware you can format a card in a computer or even in another camera. Before you start using the card in your camera, use the format option in your own camera. Some camera's won't work if the card is not formatted in the own body.

If SD memory of you digital camera returns "write protect" it's most probablt corrupt.Try to download all files you have and then format it on a computer at FAT32.
If returns that can't be formatted, remove card from the camera, use a USB reares and try to low level format it with HDDGURU: HDD LLF Low Level Format Tool
http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-LLF-Low-Level-Format-Tool/
If still not responding, I would say that your SD card is dead and you should buy a new one.

What are the limitations for configuring link aggregation and protection on the ETHA, ETHB, and GIU boards?

The ETHA board supports only intra-board aggregation groups and protect groups, but does not support inter-board aggregation groups or protect groups. In addition, the ETHA board can be used for cascading but not for upstream transmission.
The ETHB and GIU boards support both intra-board aggregation groups and protect groups, and inter-board aggregation groups and protect groups. Inter-board aggregation groups and protect groups can be set up only between the ports on the boards of the same type. For example, a port on the ETHB board and a port on the GIU board cannot form an inter-board aggregation group.
When setting up an aggregation group or protect group, pay attention to the following points:
· A port can be directly added to a protect group. Or, it can be added to an aggregation group and then to a protect group. A port that has been added to a protect group, however, cannot be added to an aggregation group.
· Switching is of low efficiency between the ports that are in a protect group only, but switching is highly efficient between the ports that are both in an aggregation group and in a protect group. In this case, it is recommended that you add ports to an aggregation group and then to a protect group. This shortens service interruption.

Dvd says cannot record copy protected movie how to fix ?

Depends what you are trying to record? Some TV stations have protection built in so you cannot record. If you are trying to copy a video from VHS to DVD and it's a commercial movie etc then it won't.
You can get a "box" that will get rid of copy protection signals, but only from outside the unit sources. Internal dub to dub protected sources cannot be copied.

What's your problem?my toshiba dvd player has protection on and can't get it off

The protection circuit is sensing a load problem, a malfunctioning laser assembly or a failure in the audio/video processing circuitry, far cheaper to replace the DVD player.

I dont know how to delete a protected picture off my canon power shot a470 camera. Can you help?

You have to unprotect it first. It's a bit confusing because the menu item probably only says "Protect..." but it also takes care of unprotecting too. Go into the menu for "Protect..." and navigate to the protected one. Whatever button you press to switch the protected status (it's the SET button on my Canon) you can use it to turn the protection off as well. When you exit the protection mode, you can delete it.
