CORRECT LICENSE KEY NUMBERS WILL NOT OPEN EITHER PREMIUM PROGRAM.

If you computer still works you can install a small software to retreive your windows key from the Windows installation.
The software is called The Magical Jelly Bean Once installed it will retreive your windows installation key and also works for Microsoft Office installations.

You need to contact EA directly concerning the issue. If you have the files installed on another system, you can download a program called Belarc Advisor. Run this program to view all of your computer information which will also give you the license key that you used when you installed the program.

EA Tech Support will not give out another key easily. Typically, you will be required to purchase a new license key.

There are two possible causes of the issue. 1) You lost the program file name associations. This is the likely problem if you can launch Office from the icon on the desktop (or Start Menu). One way to fix this is to click Start > Control Panel > Programs. Find the selection for opening a file type in a specific program. Another option is to right click on your Word document and go to Open with. Then choose MS Office or choose default program and then set it to open with Word.

2) The registry has lost the information to open Office correctly. You will need to reinstall the program. If you purchased the boxed version, insert the disc into your computer and install the program. If you purchased a license key, you'll need to try to find a disc or download a copy. Try here: http://www.microsoft.com/office/downloads/hs/default.aspx (I don't know if this will still be the 2007 edition). Then use the key to activate the program.

For PC, there are a few free applications that will pull your license from the registry.

You can try LicenseCrawler or Belarc Advisor. Just follow the installation instructions and run the program, you should be able to retrieve all your license keys from any software installed on your system.

If you purchased a computer with the OS preinstalled, the license will either be on the top, sides, or back of the computer. It is a colorful sticker called the Certificate of Authenticity (COA). It will have 5 sets of 5 characters liek this xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx.

If this is missing then you will need to purchase a license. If you do not have a license for this and are trying to upgrade or install the wrong version for your existing license code, you will need to purchase one.

You got a trial version preinstalled. You have to buy a license to use it.Licenses can be purchased online for less than from Microsoft.

I too have the 3D Studio, which I purchased from an estate sale. Fortunately, I had the serial number, however I don't have the rest of the registration info to change registration for the program updates. It will not let me install any updates. However, it works just fine without them.

I've heard others with the same problem, and there is no way to bypass their protection codes. Their program also comes with a "dongle", which is a product licensing key, that plugs into your USB port. The program will not run without it. Another item that they will not replace if lost.

I had thought about purchasing another program, but really only needed the new generic reader-writer to plug in to my computer. (It must be an embroidery reader/writer.)

Husqvarna will, however, be happy to sell you another program at great expense.

Alternatively, I would suggest purchasing a more inexpensive program --Embird for expample, and the Ultimate Box (reader/writer) and Card , which will be much cheaper than what the Husky people will sell you. Also, there is no "key" to plug in to operate their program.

Hopefully, the seller can find the registration for it somewhere, because without it, it's pretty useless as far as I know. Husqvarna is very good at protecting their products.

I am sorry but you have to purchase the MS off ice package from microsoft.  Your product key you are refering to is for the Windows program only.  We cannot provide you with a key as it is considered software piracy.
