Model JDB1090AWS Jenn-air dishwasher touch panel seemed to have some of the lights burned out but the dishwasher ran fine. Now several months later the dishwasher will not start run. Is the problem with the touch panel (part# 6-919765)or with the control board (part# Maytag 6918612 Rev. C)?

Now is works fine. Bad connection, I guess.

disassemble front door to get to the latch. Check if the latch is properly in place, sometimes the metal cylinder that hold it in place, slips out of position.

first of all if its a built in dishwasher under counter by the sink,check for a switch as you may have inadvertentally switched this switch off or unknowingly bumped it with something under the sink,then if it has power to the unit,there is a built in fuse on the control board

Replaced the control panel with Jenn Air Part #6-919765 and now it works great.
