There is no sound when I place my IPOD in the Sonic Impact F2 docking station. I can power on and off the Sonic Impact system with the remote control, however cannot change track on Ipod or nor sound? any idea as to why this is happening?
The battery is rechargable for about 400x. If you leave it on the charger too long or never let the battery run down it will shorten its life span. Sonic Impact no longer sells the replacement battery unit through their website and I have been looking for replacements myself. the problem is this: the battery unit is integrated with the battery cover and can not be separated. So you need the actual Sonic Impact battery, and they have not responded to any emails, requests for customer support or phone calls. Good luck.
Sorry to say but probably not worth the repair as I've seen 1 gig going lesss then what it would cost round trip for you to ship this one off to the repair dept?? I bought a 256 gig last week with a voice recorder for 12 bucks.
