You need to include model number because we have no idea what product you are referring to. You can try to input the model number along into a search engine (ie: Model XYZ123 manual) Or instructions on assembling Model xyz123)
That number is not the model number for the trimmer, which always starts with RY. It is the number for the "bump head assembly" which is considered an accessory. They made 3 for this application as follows:
Bump Head Assembly, RLT1000, RLT900, RLT1004K

This is a very small refractor style telescope. Try this manual web site. Look around and download one that is similar to your scope. They all assemble and are used in a similar fashion.
