Firmware issue: 1. Cancel all pending/que jobs 2. Disable nesting option 3. Dis connect data cable, restart the machine.. check... 4. Up load latest firmware.( read carefully read me file before up loading the firmware)
The error code indicates a communications problem between the display and the electronics. Reseat the connectors on the display and the connection to the electronics. If that does not solve the problem, replace parts in this order until the problem is solved: display and display cable, electroncis module, logic board.
