c3 means that the temperature of the water inside the tank is higher than 60 degrees celcious.may be you have already connect the dishwasher with to much hot water or the rele inside the pcb is stuck.

write to me if you need the manual.as for the soap the dishwasher uses only liquid professional soap and you must connect it inside the tank . there is also a blue pipe for the rinse aid detergent

Can you confirm if you have an AM14 or AM15. Check the data plate and give the Voltage spec., ML number, if you have it.' Please confirm what you mean by the wires are trip.

Dishwasher power there but wont fill up with water makes a slight buzz sound any ideas please ?? It's a Zanussi zdt6252 by the way..
The slight buzz is coming from the water inlet valve solinoid. It's OK.

But check whether water is getting into the inlet tube of the washer. Check the filter at the rear of the dish washer body wher the inlet tube from your water tap is connected.

When the cyle is complete the dishes are cold and wet and greasy ones not washed properly. I think it needs a new heater but the person who came out to look at it said it was because it is in my garage...

you wil find the user manual, if the dish washer is instaled proper it does no mater where is putedn, if the dishes are cold it posibi to have a het element brocken or thermostat also can e amaged or only a wire. that person must ceck thoes things, and more than that this washer was orking in this place for few ears before. try to call another person to fix it. a serious man not a layzy. i repair professionall dishwasher and another equipments for restaurants and hotels and i look andmesure and after that i spock.
