I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM. I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CANCEL A INCOMING FAX ITS 498PGS AND IT WONT STOP. WHAT TO DO?

First of all check if the doors are well closed.
If everything is well closed you can have several problems:
1º Toner supply defective.
2º TD sensor defective
3º Development unit defective.
If you don't have technical training i advise you to call the provider.

You can't, only the sender can stop it.

Does this printer have the PS option installed? If not you will be unable to print even if you clear up the network issue.

As far as network goes is it currently connected and working with other PCs?
Mac printing is easily setup by typing the IP address of equip in the queue box upon setup. I believe the default queue name is "print" all lower case. If IP in unable to work properly make sure lanier has appletalk turned on and setup printer using appletalk.

Again if the machine doesn't have Postscript option you won't be able to print anything.

take the paper out of the tray, unplug the machine. while holding down the stop/exit button, plug it back in. good luck!
