Hayes manual from parts store has electrical schematics in the book for all models sebring. About $25

You may have a bad map sensor or idle control sensor. You may need to adjust the idle itself.

Look at spending around 200-400 dollars to replace all the lines, and possibly calipers or wheel cylinders if the bleeder screws are rusted out also.
