Remove the memory card and insert directly into your computer's card reader.

Use a USB cable that is provided with the camera, also install the drivers if an driver installation is necessary. Use the driver disc or the internet download link for the same!

go to device manager check under usb devices if you got any unknow devices,if you do it is the camera.this is not a driver problem but a hardware problem. the usb camera conection in the motherboard is faulty, by unpluging the camera and repluging it seams to fix it for awhile.the usb camera plug is under the power button and keyboard.
