Unplug the oven from the outlet or turn off the circuit breaker that controls power to the oven.
Wait about 5 or 10 minutes- so that any remaining stored capacitor voltage has been fully drained.
Restore power to the oven- if you get an alpha-numeric error/fault code or the lights on the oven's control panel blink, refer to your owner's manual for troubleshooting and/or interpreting the fault codes or flashing lights; or you can try contacting your local appliance repair shop for assistance in interpreting the fault errors or to schedule a repair service call.
Sometimes you can Google the error codes for info, help, and repair solutions...
You can also try the oven manufacturer's website to resolve your problem- they may have a troubleshooting/solutions link or phone number to get live tech support...hope this helps.
Hi The light is
flashing due to the door lock error. The door lock is activated as the machine
experienced an error or was stopped in middle of a cycle. Or the door was being
pulled while the machine was running a cycle. Try unplugging your washer and
restart the washer to check if you are still getting the same blinking light.
If error is still not resolved then start the rinse/spin cycle & stop
the cycle, now press and hold the cancel button for 5-10 seconds. However,
if you are still not able to get the door open then you'll need to open the
door manually by disassembling the washer. Hope this helps... Please post back
for any further assistance. Daniel
Simply press the top left (Engery Saver) and top right (Alarm) buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds--it will beep and reset the panel! I was told by both GE and a local repair service that I had to replace the entire control panel...what a RACKET!! GE needs to start telling people this trick when they call in with this error...it will come up every time there is a power outage.

Hi The first thing you need to do is to unplug the a/c cord from the mains and plug that back in after 10-15 minutes. This is an error within the main mother board (control board). If it still is not resolved then you’ll have to keep it unplugged for 5-24hrs so that the controls get reset.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
to re-register the phone, hold down the "handset locator" button on the base untill he "charge" light flashes. then, on the phone, hold down the flash/call waiting button until the LCD screen says "handset registering." if after it registers it says "error!!!" then retry. that is what it says in the instructional booklet, but i have not done this successfully. mine keeps saying error.
