Mitsubishi big screen tv model vs-5062

I need help with my mitsubishi big sceen tv, i get sound, but the picture is gone what can i do to fix it, myself.

HEY DOG-UNLESS YOU ARE GOOD W/VOLTMETERS THIS TYPE FAILURE ON THIS MODEL TV CAN BE VERY DIFFICULT.THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE IS CALL A TV TECH EXPERIENCED W/MITSUBUSHI TVS AND GET AN ESTIMATE.

it sounds to me like your tube has gone , go to your local tv repair shop and order a new tube its quite cheap to do so and they should be able to get it you quite fast.
