It is more than likely a video driver issue. You may try reverting to a previous version of the driver.

They will work with Windows 7 Professional or higher due to a built in "compatibility mode"

All you need to do is... upgrade to Windows 7 Professional. Right Click on the setup icon for the game. Go to properties. Look for compatibility mode. Run it in windows XP mode

everytime i open idate ..message box pop in the left top of laptop it says "critical error" how can i fix it ?? :( i really want this game ..
