When you say "oven door does not close properly", do you mean that it closes but not tightly against the rubber seal on the oven cavity?
Or is it some other closing problem?
If it is the former, then it is a sign of the door hinge springs wearing out. The solution to this is to replace both hinges on the offending door.
The simple answer is yes you can buy new hinges,
There are several places on the net where you can buy these.
Just enter NEFF oven door hinges in your web browser, and you should be able to choose from many listed.
If it is a drop down door with hinges on the bootom of the oven door, then it is likely to be weak door hinge springs, the usual solution is to replace both hinges.
If it is a swing open door, then the problem is related to a worn or broken door catch, or worn striker pin.
The usual reason for oven doors not closing properly, is weak door hinges,if it does not close all the way, and the door seal is o/k, then I suggest you replace both door hinges.

Thamks.
I had the same type of problem. I unhinged the door then disassembled the door (it's really quite easy) after you take all the TORX screws out the everything comes apart! Don't worry about the screws putting them back is a snap! Now that you have the door apart take the door hinges out of the inner door plate. If you look at then closely they will have a slight bend in them. Pay attention to how they would have been positioned on the door! Simply bend them slightly I used the edge of a step! My door now shuts completely! I hope this info helps many of you having the same problem! If you take the time it really is amazing how easy it is to solve the door issue! Thanks to my buddy RON.
