Tablet wont charge - Tablets & eReaders

Before replacing the charging port, try to find someone with the same model to loan you their charger. If their charger works, then your charger is bad.

First question: are you using it while charging?
If so, let it charge without using it, see if it helps.

Second question: are you using the charger it was shipped with?
If not, try that. If you are, but it's still not working, try with a different cable. All else fails, try a new cable in a computer usb slot. If that doesn't work, you may be SOL.

Third question: what kind of tablet is it?
That will tell me lots more.

You most likely need a new charging port,,,, they are available on amazon, just search for #### charging port , , #### being your model number,,,, or remove the back number and read the number on the harness for the charging port and amazon search that number,
you tube videos will show you how to replace that, if you watch the vid for replacing the screen, you will see the charging port being removed and you'll then know how to do it
