Is it the resistors near the relay? that would be 10 ohms. You may replace it with a higher wattage (like say 5 watts)

Hi,
upgrade your 302 to 502 need to replaced the toroid transformer, set of output amplifier, set of electrolytic capacitor.
Purchasing of these parts one-by-one is much expensive rather that you buy a brad new Konzert AV-502. Also upgrading the unit is quite tech and need a lot of experienced in electronics.

SOURCE: I have a konzert 302, just the other day I was wondering why the left speaker sound is disorted and very scratchy. I Thought it was only my speakers but I check and found out it was from the left chan

If you intend to DIY , check for possible cold solder joints,

leaky transistors , changed-value resistor.


Upgrade to 502 it is better than the one you have.

Check the ignition coil, they will often heat up and then produce no spark. Are there any codes present? Is the check engine light on?
