Hi, the Contacts app in your iPhone only allows you to delete contacts one by one. If you want to delete multiple contacts on iPhone at once, you'd better try third-party apps like Groups app to do that.
Groups app allows you to delete multiple or all contacts on iPhone.
1. Launch Groups on iPhone and click "All Contacts" from the Groups app list.
2. Tap on the circle near each contact to select them.
3. Tap on "Choose Action" at the top and select "Delete Contacts" in the popup menu.
4. Tap on "Remove from my iPhone!" to delete multiple contacts on iPhone.
It would be tedious and time-consuming to delete the contacts one by one for there is currently no option to bulk delete more than one contact on your iPhone. To delete them all at once, you can refer to this post. How to Delete All Contacts on iPhone iPad
