Oil coming from shaft contaminating dough why?

Unlikely a leaky oil seal would trigger a fault code although the oil might contaminate electronics and do so though I think it is unlikely.
I think you should look elsewhere for the performance problem.

You need to encourage movement between the beater and the silver shaft it locks on to. There is nothing that you can unscrew to make it easier. Get a can of CRC and try & get it around the silver shaft at the top of the beater plus you should be able to get a bit in that side slot where the beater engages with that driving pin. Rock (twist) the beater side to side and slowly the grip will loosen and you will be able to encourage it off. Once you have it off you will need to clean out the CRC and polish up that silver shaft. Next is the more difficult part, you need to polish up that hole in the beater. What you are trying to do is remove the build up of flour in the hole so that it is pretty much shiny in there again without being significantly bigger than it was originally. I use a rat tail (round) file to do this job, you are just removing the darker build up in there. When done a good wash and dry and it will be like new again. Keep the hole clean of flour and it may not happen again.

To give the mixer strength it has planetary gears. Something may be wrong in the gear section

There is a rubber seal in the bottom of your pan that has failed. There is grease under that seal to keep the spindle that turns the paddle lubricated. If your breadmaker is still under warranty contact Cusinart to get help. If it is no longer under warranty then you could still probably order a new pan from them. I had the same problem too. There should be maybe 1/4" of loose vertical play of the dough hook (or similar attachment) on the agitator shaft. The hook locks in place rotationally on the shaft until it is pushed up. Before you try to turn the dough hook backwards in an attempt to remove it, push it upwards and hold it up, then rotate.

Make sure your Beater can slip in and out of the Beater Shaft
easily. Do not force the beater onto the Shaft if the shaft is bent.
If it cannot be removed easily by hand, use a soft rubber mallet
(not a steel hammer) to slightly tap the beater so it can be moved
up and down the shaft or from side to side. Then you can easily
turn the beater left and remove it from the shaft.

To Attach Flat Beater, Wire Whip, or Dough Hook
1. Turn speed control to OFF.
2. Unplug stand mixer or disconnect power.
3. Tilt motor head back.
4. Slip beater onto beater shaft and press upward
as far as possible.
5. Turn beater to right, hooking beater over pin on shaft.
6. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.

To Remove Flat Beater, Wire Whip or Dough Hook
1. Turn speed control to OFF.
2. Unplug stand mixer or disconnect power.
3. Tilt motor head back.
4. Press beater upward as far as possible and turn left.
5. Pull beater from beater shaft

White smoke is caused by water and or antifreeze entering the cylinder, and the engine trying to burn it with the fuel. The white smoke is steam. There are special gaskets (head gaskets are the primary gaskets) that keep the antifreeze from entering the cylinder area. The cylinder is where the fuel and air mixture are being compressed and burned. Any amount of antifreeze that enters this area will produce a white steam that will be present at the tailpipe area.
Check to see if the proper amount of antifreeze is inside the radiator and the overflow bottle. Also check to see if antifreeze has contaminated the engine oil. You can look at the engine oil dipstick, or look at the under side of the engine oil filler cap. If the oil is contaminated with antifreeze, it will have the appearance of a chocolate milkshake. Do not start the engine if the oil is contaminated with antifreeze, as serious internal engine damage can result.

That contamination seems to be oil from the lubricated bearing at the bottom of the bread pan. This bearing is factory sealed, but the seal and the bearing is broken or worn causing the shaft to move freely.

Unfortunately there is no fix and the pan must be replaced.

It sounds like it got overloaded when you last mixed dough. It will only come off the way it went on. If it has been bent on, it may need a bit of gentle encouragement.

Probably the paddle and shaft are worn. Both are replaceable. Buy a new Paddle and a Kneader mounting shaft unit (Part No. ADA 29A115)
