Hi this is screen burn mode, press the menu button on the remote to stop it you may have to retune tv back in, if this don't work, you will need to go into the service mode and turn the screen burn mode off,to do this press menu on the tv and menu on the remote, you should see another screen pop up, select screen burn mode to off if the first sequence don't work try ok on the tv and ok on the remote, thanks
