The likely cause for your radio not functioning is a blown fuse on the power supply circuit board. Unless you are able to take the clock apart and solder a new fuse to the board, your best option is to purchase another radio. If this clock radio is a wall plug-in, the fuse may have been blown during a thunder storm.

No power, no clock, no light. Dead

you cant do much about this.. the only thing you can do is check if the power is going to the magnetron unit or not.
but i wouldnt suggest you to experiment with the unit as it can cause short circuits.
you should rather go find a cheap electrician

Clock display light won't turn off even with the unit off

Press and hold MODE and then press PRESET 1 to turn on or off the clock display priority. This should allow you to set if the clock stays on while the unit is off.

Aside from this, you may need to double check your wiring, specifically the RED and BLUE wires. The RED needs to be connected to a switched source of power and not directly to your battery/etc. It needs to be a source that is only ON when you want it to be ON (such as the ignition on wire). The YELLOW wire is the only one that should be connected directly to your battery.
Double check the BLUE wire is connected correctly to your AMP as the AMP running all the time would kill a car battery overnight where-as the stereo clock display alone should take many days to kill a properly functioning car battery.

Advantium display reads "nite"

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes. Feel free to contact me directly (see below) if you have other questions.- William E. Miller, AS-EET

Microwave has power, but nothing works.

The door switches are more than likely the problem, one or two will need to be replaced, I recommend a professional.

I have a Sony Cdx-gt300. When the head unit receives power it turns on, the clock shows, and then the Radio functions scroll continuously. The radio has been reset a dozen times at least. I have also...

you might have a button stuck, try gently pulling the function button out a little bit. i used a sheet rock knife razor blade and was able to release it but after pressing the function button again it started all over again. good luck.

Light is on when door opens but time(clock)and operating keys do not function.

Sorry to read about your problem.
It seems your have a general failure in the power control or switch failure on the unit. if you unit has power, and things lite. it is more likely you have a control/switch problem,

I tried to help you. Please help me and Rate/Vote on my response, thanks and good luck

Dacor ecs230 clock button is not working

there may be a backup battery built in to this unit to keep the clock running in case the power goes out. depending on the age of the unit, it may need to be replaced. the battery size and number as well as it's location should be in the owner's manual.

JVM1190 wont cook

You have a blown actuator. This is the device that creates the microwaves that cook the food. The cost of one of these will be as much as a new unit.
