ya im having the same problem with mine, and im trying to play cod6. but i think its supposed to do that. but then again, why would they give u a earpeice if u cant hear anything. well, u can try pressing the volume up on the head set, and also go to accessory settings on your ps3 and turn it up. but im not sure if thats your problem, i havent tryed that yet. but hope it helps.
You have to get a new phone you cant fix it. if they can hear you on speaker just use that or get bluetooth and use that. that is what i had to do till I could buy a new phone.
its due to moisture in ur handset..off ur mobile ,remove batteries, open mob and let it be stationery for atlest 3 hrs...i wish u all the bes..hope it works out fine..
