Get Nextar ma570 driver does not work when connected to the cpu asks to format the disk ma570

I had the same problem happened on my MA570. I finally find that it is easy to be fixed.
The problem is the lost of the Drive software in the MP3 unit for whatever reason. Use the mini CD that comes with your MA570 when you buy the player in the package. Put this mini CD into the PC. PLug your MA570 through the USB with the PC as a removeable device. Clikc the install software on the mini CD and install it into your MP3 player (for example device F:). After you have the new driver installed, you will be able to turn on the MA570 again. Let me know, if this still not work. It works for me.

That player is officially toast. There is no recovery software or firmware upgrades for that device - once the key system file is delted, it cannot be recovered.

I have the file and am haveing troble getting past the verifcation protion of posting ..and trying again....snowynut at yahoo dot com hopefully this will work

you can download the driver @ nextar.com for Nextar MA933A. However it seems you only need the driver for it if you are using windows 98 or windows 200 prior to SP3. At the link above you can also download the manual, and read the FAQ section.

You do not software for this mp3 for windows xp and above, only for win 98, this disk that comes with the nextar this is specfic for windows 98. If you are trying to move mp3 from your pc to your nextar just click and drag onto the nextar mp3 when its plugged in. I hope this helped!
