On Old Samsung TVs

1. Press MENU/123 button on the Samsung TV remote control.
2. Select Menu > Settings.
3. Now, select Accessibility > Voice Guide.
4. Select Voice Guide again.
5. Press the selection key on the remote and select OFF to disable Voice Guide. Samsung TV voice guide turned off.

1. How to access voice mail account:

Access VM: Press 1:
Easy way to access your voice message system is to go to the dialer pad on your phone and press down on the "1" key until your voice messaging system announces

or you can dial your phone number to get to your voice mail

2. Change Call Setting, go to:
Dialer > (3 dots) Select Settings > Call > (scroll down) Select More Settings > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > then change to Always Forward (turn off)

• tap the Contacts app icon on your screen or go to the app drawer:

By default, this setting is "Off" - which makes absolutely zero sense. Try setting it to "Once", "Every 2 Minutes" or "Every 15 Minutes"


Changing this setting didn't help the no text alert issue with the Samsung S380C I'm dealing with, but it might work for you.

if you diverted to voice mail send #21# to deactive all diverts if your answering machine is on turn it off setting > application setings > call > all calls > answering machine > activation > off

Go to settings > Call > Voice calls > Call waiting >- Deactivate it.
Try this. :)
