If you mean that the needle has jammed with a build up of thread, then the only option is to cut the thread, raise the needle, if you can, and remove ALL pieces of cut thread. Sometimes if it's really jammed, you need to use a sharp knife, horizontally, to slice through the jammed thread.
The bobbin should be removed after this, and ALL traces of thread removed from all areas. Then, re-thread, re-insert bobbin, and try again.
I think that you are putting the bobbin in wrong, make sure that it is feeding thread the right way, look at your manual and see if this is the problem.
try changing the needle adjust the top tension one number or letter higher till the stitch looks normal clean under the needle plate & in the bobbin area for lint make sure the bobbin is not warped make sure the bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin case try rethreading the machine top & bobbin it's also possible that the machine could be out of time & needs to be checked at a repair shop
is there any thread jammed anywhere? have you tried turning the machine off & on again? the machine probably needs to be serviced to see why it's not working
Try this for me clean out the hook area under the bobbin case some times dust from thread and cloth build up under the bobbin case and it can push up the bobbin case and cause the same thing to happin.
machine was working fine when suddenly it just jammed up. Everything seems to be fine, but the balance wheel is completely jammed rigid. I've looked at the shuttle and there are no thread jams at all. The needle moves fine from side to side with different stitch selections, but wont go up and down with the wheel. I have tried looking in the machine, but I can't find any thread jammed.
