I replaced the immersion heater in my hot water tank, like for like , replicating the electrical connections as well. It does not work. There does not seem to be any power coming into the heater. The

Learn in 2 minutes to use a multimeter to measure resistence ohm and/or continuity,buy a cheap one at a local store if u don,t have and measure the integrity of the element,ceck the voltage on wiring and/plug,if no power comes in, it will not work !?!

A blade on my immersion blender was bent slightly. The motor still works and the blades spin, but they no longer emulsify. Can I buy just a new blade attachment?

If you have a model with the detachable blades. Otherwise, you'd need to purchase the blending rod from www.wpcookware.com.

Two of the three plastic pieces to hold on the blender broke

phoned company and was advised that no repairs were possible in Canada. On line request with company got no response.

Purchased new immersion blender........not wolfgang puck
