SOURCE: Help! SD Card/Phone not working togther correctly
Hi pinakbet, the more detail the better I say. :) I had a problem similar to this with an SD card, the way I fixed it was to backup all of the data from the card onto my PC, then format the card totally wiping everything off it. Then putting it back into the phone so that it will reformat it so that the phone can read it. Then try again, if the problem persists, I would say the card itself is faulty, take it back if it is still under warranty, or if not, I'm afraid it looks like you may have to purchase a new one. Hope this helps in some way! Si :)

Read the owners book. Also slam the phone on the fridge door. It might help.
SOURCE: need help with my micro sd card!
What format are the songs you have on your memory card? What format does your phone support for Ringtones??? Likelihood is the phone doesnt support ringtones in the audio format your trying to set, thus when your going for them it wont see any available ringtones

Press the "Menu" key on the Pantech Link and select "Settings."
Open "Connectivity" and choose "Bluetooth," then "Activation." Set the option to "On" and press "Select."
Click "Back" and open "Visibility." Click "Show" and press "Select."
Click "Start" on the PC task bar, then click "Devices and Printers."
Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and left-click "Bluetooth Settings." Check the box labeled "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" and click the "OK" button.
Click "Add a device" at the top of the screen. A new window pop ups, showing the nearby Bluetooth devices.
Highlight the Pantech Link and click "Next." A random number appears on the next screen.
Wait for the Pantech Link to prompt you for the number, then type the number into the phone and press "Select" to finish the pairing process.
Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter on the computer and left-click "Bluetooth Settings." Uncheck the "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" box and press the "OK" button. This prevents the computer from showing on other Bluetooth devices.
Regards.

I took it to Verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do since the screen is broken on the Jest 2. The associate I spoke with suggested calling CS (Customer Service) and seeing if they could transfer files over.
