On my Pantech Jest 2 I'm trying to transfer all files from phone to sd. The screen is broke so I can't see anything. I pressed the right buttons to transfer all files and it worked but it didn't transfer all of my vids and pics. It's 16gb micro sd. I took them off the sd so there's room. I did it again and it moved folders but not files that are supposed to be there. I know there's vids left on phone because I can still hear audio from vids not moved that are still on phone. Phone and sd settings were the same both times.

I took it to Verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do since the screen is broken on the Jest 2. The associate I spoke with suggested calling CS (Customer Service) and seeing if they could transfer files over.

If you can connect your phone to your computer, and the computer identifies it, you can use the computer to locate files from the phone and move them to the hard drive. You may have to poke around a bit, but this would work.

SOURCE: Help! SD Card/Phone not working togther correctly

Hi pinakbet, the more detail the better I say. :) I had a problem similar to this with an SD card, the way I fixed it was to backup all of the data from the card onto my PC, then format the card totally wiping everything off it. Then putting it back into the phone so that it will reformat it so that the phone can read it. Then try again, if the problem persists, I would say the card itself is faulty, take it back if it is still under warranty, or if not, I'm afraid it looks like you may have to purchase a new one. Hope this helps in some way! Si :)

2. tap "menu key"(button on bottom left) this will bring up Android System Recovery.

4. scroll down to YES and tap home key again to select.

I can't download the pictures off my pantech cell phone

Hi,

You can connect your Pantech Link to your Windows 7 computer using the phone's built-in Bluetooth adapter. If your computer doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter bulit-in, you can connect the phone via a USB port. Once you connect your Link to your computer, you can use the phone as a modem, or transfer files back and forth between the phone and the computer.

Press the "Menu" key on the Pantech Link and select "Settings."

Open "Connectivity" and choose "Bluetooth," then "Activation." Set the option to "On" and press "Select."

Click "Back" and open "Visibility." Click "Show" and press "Select."

Click "Start" on the PC task bar, then click "Devices and Printers."

Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and left-click "Bluetooth Settings." Check the box labeled "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" and click the "OK" button.

Click "Add a device" at the top of the screen. A new window pop ups, showing the nearby Bluetooth devices.

Highlight the Pantech Link and click "Next." A random number appears on the next screen.

Wait for the Pantech Link to prompt you for the number, then type the number into the phone and press "Select" to finish the pairing process.

Right-click on the Bluetooth adapter on the computer and left-click "Bluetooth Settings." Uncheck the "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" box and press the "OK" button. This prevents the computer from showing on other Bluetooth devices.

Regards.

Got a new 3g iphone..How can i transfer pictures & videos from pantech duo to new phone?

You will need to purchase a 2 gig or smaller micro SD card. The Pantech Duo will not read anything larger than 2 gig. When you insert your card you can go into your pictures, music, etc and click on the menu to save to "storage."

Saving pictures on a pantech duo

Yes, if you want to transfer pictures, music, etc to your new phone you will need to purchase a micro SD card. Make sure it is 2 gig or smaller though, as the Pantech Duo will not read anything larger.

Micro SD

The Pantech Duo does not support anything over 2 gig, unfortunately. The only option is to purchase a 2 gig card. If you have info on a 4 gig you want to transfer over, you would have to upload to your computer and transfer to the smaller card.
