Where do you get the error from?

It means that you need to download the latest firmware from the manufacturers website and upgrade the HD.

But the error suggests that you have done this already???

    well I have a folder named firmware which has three achives: flash.fuf,loader.bin and romfs.bin,but the disk does not work when connected to the tv through hdmi

  • CarlosIjalba Mar 18, 2015

    You have to find the correct procedure to flash the firmware into your HD. Obviously this can only be done through a computer, a TV does not have the capacity to perform this.

    Make sure you do not power off the PC or HD meanwhile you are updating the FW otherwise, it could end upo damaged.

Wireless connection keeps rebooting

Either firmware is corrupt or device is overheating. Reinstall/update firmware and move device to a different location. If that doesn't help then the device is probably no good.

My IRiver E150 4 gb blocked.It's says Generating Database.Plase wait... I wait a lot....wt can i do?

Hi, I had the same problem with my Iriver E200. The cause is firmware corruption.

I solved this problem using this method:

1) connect your Iriver device to pc and open the disc of your player;
2) you can see various folders: open the folder named "system";
3) this folder contain a *sys file;
4) open this file using notepad;
5) go to the row "version = ...";
6) you have to modify this row by inserting an older version of firmware. For example if you have "version = 1.11", insert a smaller number, for example 1.07. Save the *.sys file edited. In this way you can force iplus3 to reinstall an uncorrupted version of firmware;
7) now open iplus3, go to Tools -> Portable device -> update firmware. You should be able to reinstall firmware.

My M4008A Says building data base and then just shuts down

You need to make sure there is at least 50MB of free space on the device for it to build the databse. If you have at least that much space available, then there might be an issue with the firmware that is currently on the device. Sometimes these files get corrupted, simply reflash the firmware to restore them.

Download the firmware update from here:
http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1416

Follow the instructions to install the firmware on your device. Be sure to back up any important media on your player in case the firmware reinstall erases them.

You can download the firmware update here:
http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2558

REINSTALLATION OF DELL AXIM 50 PDA

You will need the disk that contains the firmware. The best thing to do is check on Amazon or ebay and upgrade to the highest firmware your device can accept. I belive the cost for a downloadable copy is between $5-10. If you do this make sure to follow the instructions for you can irrevocably render the device useless. :-(

After upgrade firmware, it is malfunction

there is a possibility that the firmware upgrade was interupted, please try to press the reset button on the device for around 20-30 seconds, after this and you still have issues, please try to contact D-Link and check the warranty status of the device.

Cant connect to satellite.

Ok, sorry, I noticed the "Can't connect to satellite" right after I asked the problem. Have you tried a Master Reset yet? Be aware, if you do this, it WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR FAVORITES. If you need to reinstall the firmware, you can do this at www.garmin.com. You have to download WebUpdater, then you can install updates, or reinstall the current firmware edition.

Beeps and changed product description

Try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250 so that your computer properly recognizes your player again.

Once you have done that, try reinstalling the latest firmware update, Creative MuVo TX FM Firmware 1.24.02.
