Check your front & side covers; close them very well .make sure that the two switches of both covers are ok, & lastly if ch is still remaining after all this go & read the fuses at the powerboard & replace the blown fuse with the correct value. thanks

My sharp ar-5520 error code CH please help me

Hi,
There are 2 possible causes for CH code.
If CH is flashing on the display then the developer unit is not installed correctly.
If CH is static then the right hand side door is not closed or closing correctly.

Power light comes on but touch screen display is blank

Does the machine initialise? You should be able to hear it??? If not then it could be the formatter board but if it does initialise then check the screen or the cable

EVERY TIME I POWER UP ITS SAYING F61

The below doesn't work with all Panasonic equipment but if this fails then the only fix is a replacement Laser which isn't cost effective.

U61 Fault
Corrupted or Faulty DVD in Machine.

Put Machine into Standby
If won't go into Standby hold 'Power' for 5-10 seconds
In Standby hold 'Stop' & 'CH UP' together for 5-10 seconds until tray opens

If this fails then re-initialise the Machine as follows

Put Machine into Standby as above
In Standby hold 'Stop', 'CH UP' & 'Open/Close' together for 5-10 seconds.

Put Machine into Standby
11-11 then 12-12 and finally 22-22 displayed

Switch Machine on and Retune

When the freq reads 27.225 ch reads ch 26 i can talk to folks and everyboby says it sounds fine don't jump freq or anything just ch select off ???

the freq display can be different from the channel selector display. the crystal in the freqcounter maybe going out or just got out of alignment.... check it with a know accurate frequency counter to determine if its on fequency or not. 000 3174269649
