Vacuum picks up some dirt and debris but not all, and spits some back out?

Some blockage at the pickup or in the hose if it uses one---dirt etc being kicked back out is a clear sign of this----if it has a tube check that first, and if a head with turning brush do not miss looking for a blockage there.

I lost my instruction book how to take filters a part and it wont pick up so i need the instruction book. could you please send me the book. thank you.

This URL provides an exploded view of the unit, I will continue to search to see if I can find a free owners manual. This shows a BVZ as opposed to a AVZ, but I thought it would be close enough to be of help to you.

Where can I get a fiter for my GE Combination Bagless Vac model 106687

Greetings,

Your GE is actually made by Eureka for Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart owns the GE brand for vacuum cleaners, and they have different manufacturers (most always Eureka) make vacuum cleaners specifically for Wal-Mart, but in actuality it's really a Eureka vacuum cleaner in terms of the parts (most of the time, in this case for sure).

Your GE model 106687 uses Eureka Dust Cup Filter Part Number 61518. Here's a link to Amazon for the filter;
http://www.amazon.com/Eureka-Model-106687-Filter-61518/dp/B001DPLYAG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&m=A13YM4FUDXTJG6&s=generic&qid=1269298852&sr=1-1

The parts Diagram for your vacuum cleaner can be found here;
http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/vacuumcleanerbacgs/GE106687.pdf

This will give you all of the Eureka part numbers for your GE Stick Vac. I hope that this was helpful to you. If you found this helpful, please be sure to rate the answer as helpful by clicking the 4 thumbs up icons in the top right hand corner.

If you need any other parts, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you very much,

What Model replacement belt do I need for the Eureka model 2961 BVZ?

Greetings,

According to the Eureka Part diagram for your particular model vacuum, your vacuum uses Eureka Style U Belts. Eureka makes actually 2 different styles of U belts.

The first style is the standard U belt, Eureka part number 54312. This belt is probably the one that came standard on your model. You may purchase this belt from the link below;
http://eurekaservice.stores.yahoo.net/uprightbelt.html

The other type of Style U belt that will fit your model is the Eureka Extended Life Style U Belt, Part 61120B. The Extended U belt is more durable, and lasts longer then the Eureka Standard U belt. You may purchase the Extended U belt here;
http://eurekaservice.stores.yahoo.net/exlifubel.html

Now, if you are quite sure how to change your belt, you may visit the link below to see the owners manual for your Eureka 2961BVZ that will give you step by step instructions on how to change the belt;

http://eureka.com/service/manuals/80244.pdf

I really hope that this was helpful to you in finding and fixing the belt for your Eureka. If you did find this helpful, please be kind and rate my repair solution as helpful by clicking the thumbs up icon in the lower right hand corner below. I really do appreciate it, thank you.

Feel free to request a repair clarification if you have any questions about the procedure of installing the belt on your Eureka, I'll be happy to help.

Eureka 4331 (Boss Lite) vacuum doesn't pick up dirt anymore

I no more use Eureka 4331 (Boss Lite). But the most common reason for not picking up dirt might be the vacuum bag might be full. Need to be Clean or replace as recommended by the manufacturer or The air filter traps particles as the air travels through the vacuum cleaner. If the filter is clogged, the vacuum cleaner will not have proper suction. If your vacuum filter is clogged, refer to your owner's manual for cleaning instructions. I recommend having Eureka Power Speed for yourself. 7_21_2021_9_09_38_am.jpg
