Sansa e250 When I transfer tracks from Napster to my Sansa e250 I get a transfer error saying that Napster is unable to read the clock on my device - I have had this problem before and fixed it but I can't remember how. Also how to I prevent this from happening again?

When i sync, it won't reconize the clock, and sometimes it says its full when its not

go to my computer > click on hardware tab >
click on device manager button > in the is next screen on the bottom should have>>universal serial bus controllers
(write these down just in case it cant find them)
right click on them and uninstall
reboot let windows reinstall them

Also told Microsoft hotfix causes this problem try uninstalling the last hotfix
If that doesn't fix it try the USB cable

That means you will need to transfer one track to your device from rhapsody..the songs you have from rhapsody has a license in them...the licenses get renew every month..that means if you discontinue your service, you are not going to be able to play those songs...just try to transfer one track from rhapsody to your device and that will solve your problems...

Synchronoze to continue music subscription

I treat my Sansa like a disk drive and simply transfer the files from my hard drive to the Sansa via Explorer.  The tracks purchased from Napster can be downloaded to your hard drive.  Then I exit Napster and use Windows Explorer to simply transfer the data.  Works great for me for the past month!
